MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS:

“Existing members” refers to any individual with an active membership at any REVL Training location prior to 6:00 am AEST on the twenty-sixth (26th) May 2023.

“New members” refers to any individual with an active membership at any REVL Training location from 6:00 am AEST on the twenty-sixth (26th) May 2023.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to REVL Training whose Instagram handle is @revl.training The “Prize” refers to one (1) Prize Pack Valued at $650. 

An “active membership or package” includes but is not limited to the following membership and package options: 3 Months, 6 Months, Flexi, 12 Months, Part-Time, Off-Peak, 30 Session Pack, 50 Session Pack.

“Active REVL Training Location” refers explicitly to any of the following:

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received between 4:00 pm AEST on the twenty-fifth (25th) of May, 2023 to 5:00 pm AEST on Monday the twenty-ninth (29th) of May, 2023. 

EXISTING MEMBERS

One (1) winner in Australia, Singapore or the United Arab Emirates will be selected. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.

The Promoters competition is open only to members of any “active REVL Training location” on an “active membership”. Membership and package options are subject to change depending on location and availability. One (1) winner will be chosen from all entrants and across all platforms.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. 

Entry Requirements:

Each entrant shall enter the competition by liking the Official RTG Giveaway post, tagging two friends and following @true, @recgen, and @revl.training. Entrants may gain an additional entry by also reposting the Official RTG Giveaway post to their story. 

The winner must be an active member of REVL Training at the time of entry and for a minimum of four (4) weeks after entries close, any cancellation of membership within the initial four (4) week period forfeits the prize. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

NEW MEMBERS

One (1) winner in Australia, Singapore or the United Arab Emirates will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Entry Requirements:

A membership purchase is necessary. Winners are required to join an “active REVL Training location” on an “active membership or package”.

Only one submission per person per competition will be accepted.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has purchased a membership through the Promoter’s CRM, Hapana Core, using a random name generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. 

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS:

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees and family members of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected. The Promoter and its Associated Entities have the right to take or use submitted media, and use them in any or all media worldwide (including online or physical publications in any place) at any time and for any purpose.
